My Approach 

The type of therapy

How you want to work with me is up to you.  If you want to meet online rather than face-to-face that is fine.  Although for some hypnotherapy work it is better to be in the room together.  If you want therapy with more of a talking focus (and less hypnotherapy) I can offer that too.  If you are really interested in what hypnotherapy can help you with, we can explore that together.  What I can offer is flexible and adaptable according to your needs and what you want.

Issues I work with​

I run a generalised practice, which means that I can work with a number of issues.  However, I will always refer you on to other service providers if I feel that your issues are outside my competency levels or where I feel you would benefit from more specialised support.

My particular interests are in working with clients on issues relating to:-​​

  • Grief and Loss (including relationship breakdown)

  • Stress and Anxiety 

  • Low Self-Esteem

Friendly and Approachable 

I can't wait to hear from you.  When you get in touch with me, I will aim to respond to you within a couple of working days.  I think it is generally better to speak on the phone when we are first in contact as this can give us both a sense of whether we will work well together.  Much of the success of therapy depends on the therapeutic relationship we can build together.  I'm really looking forward to getting to know you.
